An abundance of sandy shoreline. The 400-meter-long Parekklishia Community Beach, located in the Lemesos (Limassol) neighbourhood of Parekklishia, is one of the few beaches in the region with plentiful sand. Its sands are supplemented by clean, shallow seawaters, making it excellent for families with children, despite the fact that the sea tends to become choppy in the afternoons. The beach features restrooms, showers, sun loungers, umbrellas, premium sun loungers, music, and beach bars. Several beach tennis courts are situated close to the parking lot, which also serves as the beginning of the coastal walkway that connects to neighbouring beaches. Additionally, the beach is famous for walking and jogging. From April through October, lifeguards with lifesaving equipment and first aid services are stationed at the beach. Access is convenient by foot, bicycle, bus, or automobile, and parking is provided. The beach also provides access for people with disabilities.
