OVERVIEW

A slender beach with fashionable beach bars. Castella Beach, located in the Lemesos (Limassol) sector of the renowned coastal resort of Agios Tychonas, is a tiny, sandy and pebbly coastline surrounded by trees. The beach and its clear waters are separated into areas that are quieter and those that are centred on prominent beach bars that attract younger customers with beach parties and live DJs. The beach is equipped with restrooms, showers, changing rooms, sunbeds, umbrellas, beach bars, and numerous restaurants along the shore. There is also a coastal footpath that begins 5 kilometres away at Parekklisia beach and concludes at Castella. From April through October, lifeguards with lifesaving equipment and first aid services are stationed at the beach. Access is convenient by foot, bicycle, bus, or automobile, and parking is provided. The beach also provides access for people with disabilities.

Macronissos Beach consists of three distinct beaches. The main beach is a long stretch of golden sand surrounded by two smaller bays with identical golden sand and clean water. A beautiful beach in the centre of the Pafos (Paphos) tourism district.

The 200-meter-long coastline of Alykes, located in the tourist region of Kato Pafos, features deep golden beaches, calm, pure waters, and lush vegetation.

On the beach, there are restrooms, changing rooms, sun beds, umbrellas, trash cans, and water sports. In the neighbourhood, there are also a variety of restaurants, fish taverns, cafes, pubs, kiosks, convenience stores, and lodging.

From April through October, lifeguards with lifesaving equipment and first aid services are stationed at the beach.

The beach is an excellent starting place for seeing some of the area’s most famous sites, such as the mediaeval castle and its lovely harbour, the Pafos mosaics, and the Tombs of the Kings archaeological site.

Access is convenient by foot, bicycle, bus, or vehicle, with parking and a bus stop close.
