Cape Greko National Park
It is one of the best places to visit in Cyprus, and if you’re staying in Ayia Napa, Protaras, or even Larnaca, you can easily make the journey here in a single day. You do not need to hike to enjoy the picturesque views from here, and most of the Cape Greco peninsula’s attractions are accessible by car.
No one knows the actual date the Monastery was constructed. The cave, hiding spot, and well attest to the presence of a Christian community there throughout Byzantine times (11th century).
The picturesque tiny harbour of Agios Nikolaos (Saint Nikolas) is located in the town of Pernera and is overlooked by the chapel that gives the harbour its name.
Windmills initially appeared in Paralimni at the turn of the twentieth century and were utilised by farmers to pump water for the irrigation of their farms.
